Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every Numa Pillow order, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum spend: the shipping charge at checkout is always $0.

Where your order ships from

Orders are packed and dispatched by our international fulfillment partner, not from a US warehouse. Every parcel goes out with a tracked carrier service.

Delivery times

Delivery takes 4 to 12 business days from the day you order, including processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Carrier delays at peak times can add a few days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Some carriers take 2 to 4 business days to show the first scan, so do not worry if the link shows no movement straight away.

Late or lost parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within the window above, email info@numapillow.com with your order number. We will chase it with the carrier and make it right.

Incorrect address

If you spot an address mistake after ordering, email info@numapillow.com within 4 hours and we will correct it before dispatch. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.

Customs and duties

Some countries charge import duties or taxes on international parcels. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Returns

Every order includes a 30-night sleep trial. Return postage is paid by the customer. See our Refund policy for the full details.
