Where we ship

We ship worldwide from our US fulfillment center.

United States

Standard shipping is $7.99 and FREE on orders over $90. Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order shipping.

United Kingdom, Europe, and Canada

Free shipping on orders over £90 / €90 / CAD $90. Standard rates are shown at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days.

Rest of the world

Free shipping on orders over $90 USD. Standard rates are shown at checkout. Delivery typically takes 8 to 14 business days.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Some carriers take 1 to 3 business days to show the first scan. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of shipping, email info@numapillow.com and we will chase it down.

Incorrect address

If you spot an address mistake after ordering, email info@numapillow.com within 4 hours and we will correct it before dispatch. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.

Customs and duties

International orders can be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
