The 30-Night Sleep Trial

Every Numa Pillow order includes a 30-night sleep trial that starts the day your order arrives. Sleep on the pillow - the trial only means something if you actually use it. Most people adapt within 3 to 7 nights.

If it is not working for your neck within 30 nights of delivery, email info@numapillow.com and we will walk you through the return. Once the return arrives, we refund you in full to your original payment method. No restocking fees. No questions.

The trial applies to every purchase, including discounted and sale prices. One trial per order.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@numapillow.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge within 4 hours of purchase, as long as it has not shipped. Email info@numapillow.com with your order number.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refund timing

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method. Banks and card companies can take a few extra days to post the refund.
