The Pillow
Medium-firm. The memory foam is dense enough to support your neck but soft enough to be comfortable from night one. Most people love it immediately — some need 3–7 nights to adjust as your muscles learn to actually relax.
The lower contour is for back sleepers, the higher contour for side sleepers. If you switch positions at night, just flip the pillow. The butterfly design works for both.
One size: 69cm x 28cm x 14cm (27.1" x 11" x 5.5"). The contoured shape adapts to your neck regardless of body size. Fits a standard pillowcase.
NeckAlign™ is our proprietary cervical support system. The dual-contour design is based on the alignment principles used in physical therapy — positioning your neck at the optimal angle to relieve pressure on the cervical spine.
Numa is optimised for back and side sleepers. Some stomach sleepers use the lower contour side comfortably, but we recommend it primarily for back and side sleeping positions.

30-night sleep trial. Sleep on it for a full month. If you don't feel the difference, email support@numapillow.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label. Full refund within 5 business days.

Care & Maintenance
Remove the cooling cover and machine wash cold, tumble dry low. The memory foam core should be spot cleaned only — never machine wash the foam.
With proper care, Numa maintains its shape and support for 3+ years. The high-density memory foam is designed for nightly use without flattening.
Numa comes with a built-in cooling cover that works as a pillowcase. Many customers use it as-is. It also fits inside a standard pillowcase if you prefer.
