We'll email you the return address and instructions. Refund processes within 5 business days of receiving the pillow.

Eligibility
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Pillow must be in usable condition - we understand you've slept on it, that's the point.
Refund timeline
Full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. No restocking fees.
Exchanges
Want a different quantity instead? Email us and we'll arrange a swap at no extra shipping cost.
Damaged or defective
If your pillow arrives damaged or develops a defect within 1 year, we'll replace it free of charge. No return needed - we'll ship the replacement first.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refund amount excludes original shipping cost.
