Sleep on it
Use your Numa pillow for up to 30 nights. We recommend giving it at least 7 nights for your neck to adjust to proper alignment.

Ship it back
We'll send you a prepaid return label. Drop it off at any UPS location. Refund processes within 5 business days of receiving the pillow.
The fine print (there isn't much)
Eligibility
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Pillow must be in usable condition — we understand you've slept on it, that's the point.
Refund timeline
Full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. No restocking fees.
Exchanges
Want a different quantity instead? Email us and we'll arrange a swap at no extra shipping cost.
Damaged or defective
If your pillow arrives damaged or develops a defect within 1 year, we'll replace it free of charge. No return needed — we'll ship the replacement first.
International orders
Return shipping for international orders is the buyer's responsibility. Refund amount excludes original shipping cost.
