One size fits all. The contoured shape adapts to your neck regardless of body size. It fits a standard pillowcase, though many customers prefer to use just the built-in cooling cover on its own.
Remove the cooling cover and machine wash it cold, tumble dry low. The memory foam core should be spot cleaned only — never machine wash the foam. The cover is designed to come off easily.
