What happens after you order
- Order confirmed, straight awayYou get a confirmation email within minutes. Your order number looks like #1234 and is the fastest way for us to find you.
- Packed and handed to the carrier, within 1 to 2 business daysYour pillow leaves our fulfilment centre and the tracking email goes out. The first carrier scan can take a few days to appear after that.
- On its way, tracked the whole routeYour parcel is handed between the international carrier and your local postal service. Gaps of a few days between scans are normal.
- Delivered, 4 to 12 business days after you orderDelivery takes 4 to 12 business days from the day you order. Your 30-night trial starts the day it arrives.
What each status means

Tracking questions
Where is my tracking number?
It is in the shipping email from info@numapillow.com, sent when your pillow leaves. Check spam or promotions if you cannot see it. You can also sign in with your checkout email; no password is needed, a code is emailed to you, and every order shows its tracking link.
I ordered but have no tracking email yet
Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days and the tracking email goes out when the parcel leaves, so if you ordered yesterday it is normal not to have one yet. If it has been more than 3 business days, email info@numapillow.com with your order number and we will chase it.
My tracking says label created
That means the parcel is packed and the label printed, but the carrier has not scanned it yet. The first scan can take a few days to appear. It is on its way.
Tracking has not updated for several days
Parcels travel several days between scans on the international leg, and again between hubs. If nothing changes for 7 days, email us and we will open a trace with the carrier and send a replacement if it does not turn up.
It says delivered but I do not have it
Carriers sometimes mark a parcel delivered a few hours before it arrives. Check your porch, mailbox, safe place, building lobby and neighbours, then give it 24 hours. Still nothing? Email info@numapillow.com and we will sort it.
Can I change my address or cancel?
If the parcel has not shipped yet, email info@numapillow.com straight away with your order number and the new address and we will update it. Once it has shipped we cannot redirect it, but the 30-night trial still covers you.
Will I pay customs or duties?
US orders have no import charges. Some other countries may charge a small duty on delivery; it depends on local rules and is not something we can prepay.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 4 to 12 business days from the day you order, including packing. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
Email info@numapillow.com with your order number (it looks like #1234). We reply within one business day, and if a parcel is genuinely lost we send another before the carrier finishes its investigation.
Waiting on your first Numa?
Most people come back for a second one for the other side of the bed. Two pillows ship together for the best value.
